Guided by qualified Art Therapist and Counsellor Sharon Veness, each week offers a carefully held creative experience using art materials, collage, paper, journaling, prompts, colour, texture, and intuitive expression.
No artistic experience is needed.
Just a willingness to show up exactly as you are.
With years of experience facilitating client-centred group work, Sharon creates a warm and supportive environment where creativity becomes a pathway for insight, connection, and self discovery.
