• Sheree Sams

    Expressive Arts Therapist

Sheree Sams is an Expressive Arts Therapist providing NDIS Capacity Building supports under Improved Daily Living and Increased Social and Community Participation for children, adolescents, and adults. She is based in Narellan and holds a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC: 2899726E). PACFA registration.

Sheree delivers evidence-based, goal-focused therapy that integrates Creative Arts Therapies — including art, music, sand play, and movement — alongside talking therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy. Her work supports emotional regulation, communication, social participation, wellbeing, and functional capacity in everyday life.

Her practice is person-centred, meaning therapy begins with what matters most to each individual or family. Sessions are thoughtfully tailored to personal strengths, interests, communication styles, and goals, allowing clients to engage at their own pace — including those who find verbal expression challenging.

Sheree works in a trauma-aware, neurodiversity-affirming way and offers a calm, respectful space where children, adolescents, and adults feel safe to explore, express, and build self-understanding. She brings a strong understanding of school systems and the challenges children and families may experience across home, school, and community settings.

In addition to direct therapy, Sheree also supports parents and caregivers, helping them better understand and navigate their child’s diagnosis. She provides clear, compassionate guidance and practical, tailor-made strategies that align with each child’s unique needs, family values, and daily routines — supporting greater confidence at home and school.
