These relaxed sessions are an invitation to slow down and create without pressure or expectations. Through intuitive art-making, mindful activities, gentle movement, meditation, and time in nature, you can simply follow your curiosity and see where your creativity takes you.
You don't need to be an artist or have any previous experience. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and your own intuition.

My Journey
For many years, I lived in the world of numbers.
I spent more than 25 years working in accounting, finance and business, helping organisations navigate budgets, strategy and sustainable growth. I understood the mechanics of running a successful business, but over time I realised that behind every business was a person carrying far more than financial responsibility.Today, as an Art Therapist, Holistic Counsellor and Postgraduate Researcher, I work with people, not just businesses. Much of my work supports neurodivergent adults, helping them navigate burnout, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, identity, confidence and the demands of living and working in a world that often expects everyone to think, communicate and operate the same way.
What I've come to understand is this.
Many neurodivergent business owners are incredibly creative, innovative and deeply passionate about what they do. They often see opportunities others miss, solve problems differently and bring enormous value to their communities.
Yet many are also trying to build their businesses using advice that was never designed with their brains in mind.They're told to network constantly, follow rigid routines, answer every email immediately, attend endless meetings and simply "push through" when they're overwhelmed.
That approach doesn't work for everyone.I'm passionate about creating spaces where business owners can stop trying to fit themselves into someone else's definition of success and instead build businesses that honour their strengths, values and ways of thinking.
For me, business resilience isn't just about increasing profits.
It's about creating a business that supports your wellbeing, works with your nervous system and allows you to thrive for the long term.
Because when we stop asking people to change who they are, and start helping them build businesses that work with who they are, everything changes.
That's the work I'm passionate about. And it's the reason I've created Working with Business Owners. It isn't about teaching you to become someone else.It's about helping you build a business that allows you to become more of who you already are.

I went to Sharon Veness Art Therapy’s Manifestations 2023 event this morning at Sharon’s Studio in Narellan Vale.
It was much more than just creating a Vision Board by sticking pictures on it. Sharon led us all on guided meditations to firstly, ‘Say Goodbye to 2022’ and secondly, ‘Enter 2023’.
Using pictures, art materials of our choice and our emotional experiences we then commenced constructing our Manifestation Boards for 2023.
It was a challenging and wonderful experience all rolled into one.
